Inspired by Mark Rylance's 'Shakespeare Within The Abbey' in December 2017, TYP partnered with the Devon and Exeter Institution to bring a promenade production of 20 Shakespearean extracts to life within the rich historic walls of Exeter's precious hidden library.

Beginning outside with the dramatic backdrop of a moonlit Cathedral and chiming bells, the young actors whisked their audience through a magical and contemporary retelling of some of Shakespeare's most exciting moments.

This promenade production was developed as a platform for the company's Sep-Dec Performer Training cohort.
